How we handle your data

Who we are

Entellectual Services Limited ("we", "us") operates entellectual.ai. We are the data controller for the personal data collected through this website. Contact us at hello@entellectual.ai.

What we collect and why

When you submit an enquiry or request a discovery call we collect the details you give us: name, email address, company, role, your message, and your preferred days and times. We also record the country your request came from and your browser type to help us detect spam.

• Purpose: to respond to your enquiry and arrange a call.
• Lawful basis: your consent (the tick box on the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare, and a copy is emailed to us. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and call requests are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted, unless we have entered into a contract with you.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set marketing cookies. If we use Cloudflare's anti-spam check (Turnstile) it may set a functional cookie for the duration of the check.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop processing it. Email hello@entellectual.ai. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
